@FlameRaptorRaven's rating of Rangers vs Devils

@FlameRaptorRaven rated the Rangers vs Devils game 6.8 out of 10 in NHL on March 7, 2026. Final score: Rangers 3 – Devils 6. Reg. Season. Fan ratings and discussion on RateGame.

This game was like watching the Jets and Giants. Both are dysfunctional messes which makes it somewhat close, but one is slightly less sloppy and it becomes obvious watching them play against each other. The Rangers left Quick to die like they were Breece Hall’s offensive line and credit to Quick, the man did his best to keep it close. He made some crazy saves like he was back with the Kings, but his old body could only do that for so long and the Devils eventually broke through. After a 1st period that tilted back and forth, the 2nd and 3rd tilted all the way in New Jersey’s favour but thanks to some struggles from Markstrom and the Devils defense, the Rangers managed to keep it close through nearly 2 and a half periods. Hischier’s powerplay goal ended up being the winner and Jack “Golden Boy” Hughes scored a hat trick to seal the victory. The Devils’ powerplay was absolutely lethal, going perfect on the day and were indicative of how much New Jersey dominated by the end.
