@FlameRaptorRaven's rating of Hurricanes vs Flames

@FlameRaptorRaven rated the Hurricanes vs Flames game 8.2 out of 10 in NHL on March 8, 2026. Final score: Hurricanes 4 – Flames 5. Reg. Season. Fan ratings and discussion on RateGame.

Lots of changes in Calgary. Familiar names out and new faces are in. It’s a genuinely exciting time in Calgary as it seems like the management group has finally accepted reality. With that in mind; this result is just about the last thing I expected. It’s a very pleasant surprise. Ryan Strome, easily my least favourite acquisition of the deadline, looks like a great fit already. Coming into this game, Ryan Strome had 9 points in 33 games and 1 multi-point game. He got 2 points tonight. Olli Maata looks like a solid addition to our blue-line. Parekh looks much more comfortable with the offensive freedom and the duo of Farabee and Frost was brilliant tonight. Don’t think the Canes didn’t get their chances. They had plenty; when Wolf wasn’t stopping them; they were either blocked or missed completely. Wolf made the saves he had to and Bahl shut down the Canes final play. Canes put up a great fight, had me a little nervous in the last 11 seconds, but it was to no avail. Great team effort.
