“This game was fucking awesome. Hawai'i Pacific. A Division 2 school. Walking into Boise, Idaho with a chance at the greatest feat in school basketball history. And somehow they pulled it off. While this upset didn't mean much to the college basketball season, it means everything to that Hawai'i Pacific program. Something those kids will remember until the day they die. And it was such a good game. Wasn't like UMBC's game where they had a huge win. No, this game came down to the final seconds and Hawai'i Pacific fought for all 2,400 of them. This was one of the best games from the past college basketball season and it came from a Division 2 school that was expected to be a cakewalk season opener that Boise State would stomp by 25.”
