Why does it feel like we never absolutely destroy these FCS teams like we should? Like sure, 28-6 is a solid margin of victory, but we haven't even put up 50 against one of these teams since 2021 in a 56-7 win over UAB. I mean of course a win's a win and you'll always take it. Nate Frazier and Chauncey Bowens each with 2 touchdowns. This program's young running back depth is absolutely insane. Kirby has to be better at recruiting wide receivers though, of course he's got a great running offense but if the passing offense can also become one of the best in the nation I don't see any world in which a team can stop the Dawgs. That's not to say the passing attack isn't good, Gunner Stockton is a great QB, but the wide receiver talent just isn't amongst the best in the nation.
