“Not a win for the Kings but a huge message they have passed to the Avalanche. Everybody was expecting a domination from Colorado but the Kings kept it together. The Avalanche were obviously the stronger team though. Less of a defensive game than I would have thought. 25-30 shots given away is a bit too much for playoff hockey. Wedgewood was really strong in nets today. I also think it was the right decision to put Forsberg as the starter for LA. Also wasn't too much of a physical game, more of a smart and high IQ type of game.”
