Wishing Scottie all the best, whatever the personal reasons are, I hope it all works out for the best. In brighter news, the Raptors won this easily. It was close in the 1st quarter, but when the Raptors never relented after they pulled away in the 2nd. This would’ve been the expected result if Scottie had played, the fact they pulled this off without him is very promising. Raptors bench had 46 points in this one. Mamu had 15, Shead put up 12 of his own, CMB had 8 and we even got a Jamison Battle sighting and he put up 5 points. I really don’t understand why he doesn’t get more playing time. BI3 and Quickley led the way with 22 and 32 points respectively. Quickley was rolling especially. Kevin Porter and Cam Thomas were the only Bucks who had anything positive out of this game. Unless you have pitifully low expectations of Thanasis. More importantly, the Raptors defense was fantastic while the offense was good enough to let us run away from it. Simple as that. No complaints from me.
