@FlameRaptorRaven's rating of Pirates vs Red Storm

@FlameRaptorRaven rated the Pirates vs Red Storm game 4.1 out of 10 in CBB on March 13, 2026. Final score: Pirates 68 – Red Storm 78. Reg. Season. Fan ratings and discussion on RateGame.

Despite the massive gap in free throws between these squads, that didn’t decide this game. The Pirates managed to keep this game somewhat close throughout the 1st half. Saint John’s could never fully pull away in the first half and surely went into halftime knowing they had to remain vigilant in the 2nd half. I’m confident this was the message because they came out and cleaned Seton Hall’s clock. Saint John’s started the 2nd half with an 11-0 run in the first 5 minutes. The Pirates didn’t score a point until 5 and a half minutes in. They didn’t score a regular bucket until the nearly 7 minutes had passed. Somehow, that didn’t kill them completely and Seton Hall made sure Saint John’s couldn’t just coast to victory. Although that didn’t mean it wasn’t easy. Ejiofor had a great 20-point outing for the Red Storm and although the Pirates got good contributions from the bench it wasn’t enough to overcome Ejiofor and valuable contributions from Mitchell, Hopkins and Sanon.
