Looked like another close pitching duel until the Dodgers blew it open in the 7th. This is something the Brewers couldn’t afford. They can’t hit against the Dodgers. Game 1, Snell had an all-time performance, it happens. But this makes it 2 games that they’ve barely been able to touch a Dodgers starter. This time it’s Yamamoto with a complete game 3-hitter, his first complete game in his MLB career, a genuine legacy game for him. While I appreciate more pitching brilliance, I do not appreciate this series looking like an inevitable sweep after 2 games. Didn’t even get the sweet web gems we got in game 1. For Brewers fans, you better pray the hitting comes alive in LA, otherwise, Dodgers will cruise to the World Series.
