@FlameRaptorRaven's rating of Lightning vs Bruins

@FlameRaptorRaven rated the Lightning vs Bruins game 8.1 out of 10 in NHL on April 11, 2026. Final score: Lightning 2 – Bruins 1. Reg. Season. Fan ratings and discussion on RateGame.

Playoff picture is nearly complete and it’s all coming down to the wire. Gotta love it. Neither team wanted to make the costly mistake and played careful hockey. The Lightning are already intro playoffs, but still have a division crown to play for while the Bruins’ playoff life still hangs in the balance, even while controlling their own destiny. Since both teams had so much on the line, possession became the name of the game. Hang onto the puck, don’t give it away, don’t take risks/leave yourself exposed and trust your elite goalie to make saves when he has to. Fittingly, the first goal came because Tampa failed to do the 2nd part of that plan. Boston found a hole and McAvoy found Geekie for a breakaway goal. The Bruins looked poised to hang onto that slim lead with Swayman playing extremely well. Good plan, but Tampa isn’t lacking for resilience. Hagel tied it up and a bad bounce gave Lilleberg the winner. Bruins got a last minute PP but couldn’t find a goal. Very intense ending.
