@FlameRaptorRaven's rating of Blue Jackets vs Canadiens

@FlameRaptorRaven rated the Blue Jackets vs Canadiens game 7.9 out of 10 in NHL on April 11, 2026. Final score: Blue Jackets 5 – Canadiens 2. Reg. Season. Fan ratings and discussion on RateGame.

Much better than the final score will tell you. Although I wish this game had been closer, it was still fast and action-packed as Blue Jackets got a vital win. This win makes them the strongest threat to catch the Flyers for 3rd in the Metropolitan division. While the score makes it look like a blowout, that designation without any context would be unfair. It was a brilliant start for Columbus. Boone Jenner and Charlie Coyle scored a goal each right as 5 minutes passed in the 1st period. The Habs managed to cut their deficit in half before the 1st period ended. The Habs continued to push, but Jet Greaves was not having any of it. He made so many wild clutch saves to keep the Blue Jackets’ lead. Only Cole Caufield’s 51st goal could break through on a PERFECT shot into the smallest gap. Before that, Marchenko and Monahan made it 4-1 and it felt like the end right there. Not even a 5th Blue Jacket goal getting called back could stop Columbus from winning. Coyle was also clutch af.
