Slow, ugly and bland game. This game got out of hand (or wing) almost immediately for the Penguins. Only took 2 shots and a fortunate rebound for the Wild to go up and it stayed that way all game long. Neither team got plenty of chances, let alone good ones. The Penguins didn’t get to 10 shots on goal until halfway through the 3rd period. Gustavsson was good, but wasn’t challenged, by NHL standards of course. Meanwhile, Silovs had a very rough outing. He was yanked after allowing 4 goals on 10 shots, then Murashov came in and was marginally better while not facing many shots from the Penguins. Wild only had 14 shots on goal going into the 3rd and they went into a shell in that 3rd which led to even less scoring chances. Just a completely dull game, it’s harsh, but I think it’s the truth. Gotta add some positives. Boldy was terrific with 3 points, Johansson’s goal was a sweet shot and it was an admirable defensive performance from the Wild to keep the Pens silent. Can’t say I enjoyed it
