@bigfe11a's rating of Predators vs Maple Leafs

@bigfe11a rated the Predators vs Maple Leafs game 4.7 out of 10 in NHL on October 14, 2025. Final score: Predators 4 – Maple Leafs 7. Reg. Season. Fan ratings and discussion on RateGame.

First period was bad. Obviously Toronto is really good and fast. Nashville isn’t going to outskate Toronto. BUT, then they need to outsmart them. Especially with the veteran presence. Start of the second period was beautiful, keeping Toronto in their own zone for minutes at a time. And tying the game at 2-2. But then the wheels fell off. Power play sucked again. PK was good but overall, horrid performance. Not a lot Annunen can do on the first two specifically. But they gotta give him some relief. And again, too many turnovers, odd-man rushes and goals off turnovers. Off to Montreal. After Thursdays game, we will see where we are at. We’re not ready for playoff guarantees but can we compete with fringe to wildcard teams like Montreal. They’ve had a really good start themselves, and the Bell Centre is always hard to play in. Happy Alex Carrier is in Montreal though.
