@FlameRaptorRaven's rating of Hoosiers vs Fighting Illini

@FlameRaptorRaven rated the Hoosiers vs Fighting Illini game 4.0 out of 10 in CBB on February 15, 2026. Final score: Hoosiers 51 – Fighting Illini 71. Reg. Season. Fan ratings and discussion on RateGame.

Blame my dog for this one being so late. Nothing bad happened, I just love them and couldn’t ignore them for too long. Also the Winter Olympics hogged a good chunk of my attention. More importantly, I was really hoping this game would be close. Sure, Indiana Football is better than Indiana Basketball for what has to be the first time ever, but maybe they could pull off some pre-March magic. They looked like they had some fairy dust in the first half. Sloppiness aside, they managed to keep up and were only down 7. Unfortunately, Indiana didn’t make a basket until nearly 4 minutes had passed in the 2nd half. It didn’t matter in the moment. What it did was set a tone and the Hoosiers struggled to get points outside of free throws the rest of the game. Meanwhile the Fighting Illini, David Mirkovic chief among them, finally found themselves and took over. Wagler was great as he pretty much always is every time I watch him and Ivisic was good when not shooting a 3.
