“In terms of letdowns, this one isn’t especially high up there, but it wasn’t great. Honestly, I’m surprised the Angels were even in a position to be let down. Former Angel Brandon Marsh got things started with an early RBI hit. Christopher Sanchez helped keep that lead as he pitched an amazing game, and I feel a little bad that he didn’t get the win. He went seven shutout innings while only allowing two hits, but Zach Neto was able to tie this game with a solo shot right after he left! The Halos had a shot to win it in the ninth that came up short, and they were punished for it. A three run rally killed any hope of a win. The Angels did try to come back, but they obviously came up short yet again. 6 straight tough losses for the Halos. The Angels need to finish the season 11-15”
