GUYSSSSSSS COME ONNNNNN Why does it always come down to the last period where we absolutely fumble to an objectively weaker team. It’s push push push for the first 40 min then all of a sudden the boys decide bench time is nap time and they forget what their career in life is. I was so ready to come on here ranting and raving, “the parade is back on!! close the lakeshore early!!” but to nobody’s surprise and somehow still everyone’s disappointment, the Leafs do what the Leafs do best. It’s not the player’s fault, it’s just the blue curse. So many big plays, very few mistakes, great performances all around. By far this is one of the most exciting games I’ve seen in a long time. Lot of points across the board for everyone, insane stop from Troy inside Woll’s crease, huge night for the boys. They played their hearts out truly. I felt it. For the love of god please just stock the bench with a few extra fruit punch flavoured Monsters to push us past the 50 min mark. That’s all I’m asking.
