“Dodgers take the first game against the Phillies in a NLDS rematch! It was very nice to see Justin Wrobleski, a pitcher who usually doesn't rely on strikeouts, mechanically dismantle the Phillies lineup with his fabulous fastball. Zack Wheeler in an uncharacteristic outing gives up four solo home runs to a characteristic Dodgers offense, who mashes balls into the stands like there's no tomorrow! Really felt my blood pumping when Vesia struck out Schwarber (after the Philly had his 22nd Schwarbomb tonight) to end the 8th inning. Tanner Scott's bounce-back season continues, as he comfortably wraps up this splendid game. Also, Kershaw in the house watching Don Mattingly lose is fantastic.”
