@FlameRaptorRaven's rating of Bulls vs Cardinals

@FlameRaptorRaven rated the Bulls vs Cardinals game 4.4 out of 10 in CBB on March 19, 2026. Final score: Bulls 79 – Cardinals 83. R1. Fan ratings and discussion on RateGame.

It feels weird to call this an upset, can a higher seed beating a lower seed be considered an upset? I say yes when that lower seed was expected to win due to injuries. Louisville comes into this game missing one of their best players. Everyone, including myself, thinks this will be easy pickings for South Florida and instead, the Cardinals had their way with USF throughout most of this game. USF was just pathetic in that 1st half, after keeping it close for 5 minutes, Louisville ran away with it. USF couldn’t make a shot to save their life and the Cardinals feasted on that deficiency. It took a boat-load of turnovers to allow USF to make this close. USF wasted this opportunity. On the other hand, Louisville deserves a ton of credit. They adapted to the hand they had been dealt. McKneely was excellent making up for Mikel Brown’s absence, as was Conwell and their defense was so good that their own offense getting butterfingers was pretty much the only reason it faltered.
