“Tres bien! My first Montreal Canadiens game I watched entirely in the french language. RDS does an awesome broadcast. What I saw tonight was a team that proved they can stand up to a tough opponent. I saw a team that did not let off the pressure and kept the forecheck going. Sept buts is poetic justice for the sept buts scored against the Habs 2 months ago. I have to hand it to Monsieur Dobeš for keeping the team in the game. Without his spectacular saves tonight, there might have been a defeat, or a more difficult victory at the least. I loved how the throwback Nordiques jerseys contrasted with Sainte-Flanelle on the ice. I'm of the belief the NHL needs more dark on dark jersey matchups. I wish Suzuki scored the hat trick. Would have been a wonderful Olympic sendoff at the Bell Centre, plus the whole 1st line could each get one in the same month, oh well. Un bon match et un bon moment.”
