And when UMBC was tied with Virginia at half, everyone knew UMBC would be proud of their effort but Virginia would storm away in the second half. They were faster, stronger, just better. It had been written in Sharpie. But then, the second half. UMBC stormed ahead. Alright, Virginia will come back now right? Nope. UMBC kept storming ahead to the tune of a 20 point dominating victory over Virginia.”
