“They actually did it. Arsenal has made it back to the Champions League Final, 20 years after they did it the first time. This first half was quite fun, then the 2nd half lived up to the pessimistic expectations. I don’t care what any of y’all say, Arsenal EARNED their spot. They outplayed Atletico Madrid from start to finish. In the first half they got the better quantity and quality chances and they crushed Madrid into a fine powder in the 2nd half. The ending was… bizarre to say the least, but Arsenal earned it in the 90 preceding the awkward last 5. Bukayo Saka may have just had the signature performance of his career. Not only with the goal, but with a complete game on both sides. Speaking of both sides, Declan Rice did Declan Rice. Rock solid defensive game combined with initiating the attack. Gyokeres stretching the defense and Raya being a wall gave us the edge we needed. With all that being said, I won’t deny this game was slow, especially compared to the other semi-final. COYG”

They actually did it. Arsenal has made it back to the Champions League Final, 20 years after they did it the first time.
