“This rating and take will mainly focus on the Ravens’ performance. It’s preseason so the game itself doesn’t matter, but if you want my review on that, I’d probably give it a low 5. Defensive slugfest that remained close because of that. Now for the Ravens themselves: I’ll start with the offence because it’ll be quicker. My main takeaway is Joe Fagnano putting up a real fight for QB2. It’s unlikely Baltimore will carry more than two QBs, but he’ll definitely get a shot on the practice squad at worst. Also happy Loop looks better this week and hope Vega recovers from an up-and-down game. The defence once again steals the show. Mike Green got a sack, albeit one where he was pushed almost behind the QB. Burke is another obvious standout for his forced fumble and just being everywhere. However, my main takeaways are Minter’s creativity and our corners. Minter is cooking up some crazy blitzes and I loved Rivers and Longerbeam. Overall: very promising defence, some offence concerns.”
