Right from the start, you could tell it was going to be wild. Aaron Rodgers looked sharp early, finding Jonnu Smith for a touchdown on the Steelers’ first drive. But Joe Flacco, of all people, didn’t back down. He kept his cool, spreading the ball around and eventually connecting with Ja’Marr Chase right before halftime to even things up. The Bengals went into the break up 17–10 after Evan McPherson drilled a long field goal at the horn. The second half was pure chaos. Rodgers went vintage, hitting Pat Freiermuth and Darnell Washington for scores, and suddenly the Steelers were back on top. Every time Pittsburgh landed a punch, though, Cincinnati threw one right back. Flacco looked like he’d been in this offense all year, finding Noah Fant for another touchdown and calmly answering Rodgers’ big plays. (Second part in da comments) (ALSO THANK YOU JAMAAR CHASE FOR ALL DOSE FANTASY POINTS)

Then came the crazy finish. Rodgers launched a 68-yard bomb to Freiermuth with just over two minutes left, and it felt like Pittsburgh had it won. But Flacco, steady as ever, marched the Bengals right back down the field. Tee Higgins made a clutch catch and slid just short of the goal line to keep the clock moving, setting up McPherson for a 36-yard game-winner with seven seconds left. The Steelers tried a last-ditch Hail Mary, but it fell incomplete. Ballgame. Flacco finished with over 340 yards and three touchdowns — not bad for a guy who wasn’t even on the roster a few months ago. Chase was unbelievable, setting a team record with 16 catches for 161 yards. On the other side, Rodgers had four touchdown passes, but two interceptions really hurt the Steelers in key moments.
