“Rough ending for the Kings, losing a second game 2-1 on the road. Even as major underdogs, the defense continues to show great preservation against a dominant Colorado team. Forsberg was a brick wall behind the net for the majority of the game and by far is the best performing King up to this point, with 34/36 totalling to a .944 save percentage on the game. Even with Roy's game winner, it was a tough play. On the other hand, offensively, the Kings only put up 26 total shots. Heading to LA, a must win game, goals need to be scored. The Avs looked extremely beatable in the first two games up to this point. ”
