“Rockies bullpen has been very good, but still constructed too poorly to truly battle a team in a series. It showed today when they ran out of arms in extras and were essentially leaving dudes out to dry. 3 bulk relievers is ok, but it leaves you vulnerable. Would rather have a Halverson throwing the 13th rather than Bellozo. Rockies offense was ok, Vazquez was gross and has proven himself to be consistently. Great outing from dollander, but wouldve loved to have herget for later in the game. Doyle broke out of his slump a bit today. Great battle from the Rockies as a whole, the 4 run deficit in the final score doesnt reflect how close this game really was.”
