“Pitching duel. Both offenses were non existent. Both Tigers runs were unearned. The Guardians got one run off of Skubal on an infield hit, a walk, and another infield hit. The Guardians had a runner on third in the 9th with none out (Jose Ramirez got to third on a low throw where the pick was missed and then the ball ricocheted off Ramirez). Then he got thrown out on a batters fielders choice running towards home on a chopper to the pitcher. Not ideal for Guardians fans right now but they do have home field advantage and now Skubal can’t pitch the rest of the series (unless they need him for an inning of relief which I doubt).”
