This shit sucked… it REALLY sucked. There have been some bad Rangers game this year, but this takes the cake, it cannot get much worse than this, at least I hope it can’t. The Rangers had plenty of reason to win this one. They are clinging to the top spot in the division with Seattle hot on their tail and Houston not far behind. Beating the Angels could act as a nice safety net during the upcoming Texas State Series. Instead we got absolutely destroyed. Gore had a terrible day from the very first inning and was left to die as to not destroy our bullpen. Not-so-fun fact: this season, Gore is putting up the best FIP of his career while also racking up the worst ERA of his career. The man is great at preventing three true outcomes, but that doesn’t mean much when he gives up rallies like they’re going out of style. Combine that with not being able to do ANYTHING against the California LA Angels of Anaheim and it makes for a nasty blowout. I was begging for this game to end in the 5th.
