“Best game of the season so far. After the embarrassingly bad loss to Anaheim, Nashville comes back with a vengeance against Vancouver. Few pros and cons. First the pros. Penalty Kill was IMMACULATE! And I LOVED the way they played. Like I said, we’re not going to be scoring a lot of goals. So get the lead and shut them down defensively. And that’s what they did. They kept pounding Vancouver into their own zone and kept dogging on Quinn Hughes. And yes the 2nd goal was lucky but they all count the same. And killing that 5 on 3 in the first period was HUGE! But the cons are basically the same things. PP was invisible and the goal Vancouver scored was relatively preventable. But all in all. Great, hard fought win! Hopefully this boosts the morale going into Saturday against Los Angeles.”
