We were never really playing that well this game, but after a 0-0 first half, I had hope we could keep it tied and sneak in a goal towards the end. Didn't take long for Denmark to start dropping goal after goal and kill whatever hope I had 😢

Sucks for the Macedonia fans. After watching these highlights it really showed how much better Denmark was. Isaksen scored two goals in two minutes to really put this game to sleep. My boy HØJUND is on this Denmark national team. I loved watching him play for Man U, now he’s on Napoli. Denmark would go on to lose to Czechia in Penalties in their next game. Even if Macedonia won this game they would have definitely lost to Czechia.

Why did the first half give me a little bit of hope i dont know, perhaps was imagining the same outcome as when we eliminated Italy, but it is what it is, Denmark was just better.
