“St. Louis gets the huge upset win! I was expecting Houston to dominate this game, but not only did they lose, they looked like the worse team on the pitch! St. Louis came out swinging with a big push that was capped off by a goal in the 23rd minute! Houston made a good push of their own after that, but this game would go into halftime tied! It was a fairly even game in the second half, but the Dynamo were finally able to break through deep into this match to tie this game. It didn’t take long after that though for St. Louis to stun Houston as they were able to go back ahead in the 85th minute! The Dynamo couldn’t answer again as they are stunned in St. Louis!”

This was a pretty poor showing from LAFC, but they are somehow able to come away with a point! There wasn’t a whole ton of opportunities in the first half. The second half more than made up for it though! St. Louis opened the scoring less than 10 minutes into it, but LAFC was able to even it back up in the 70th minute! St Louis was then booked for a red card so it seemed like the Black & Gold were gaurenteed at least a point until they gave up an own goal. LAFC came so close to coming away with nothing in this match, but they are thankfully able to salvage it as Denis Bouanga found his second goal of the night in the 95th minute! I love the miraculous comeback although I am not thrilled they were in that situation to begin with

What a comeback from LAFC! This game looked like a lost cause early as it looked like they were going to be trailing by a pair going into halftime, but they were able to bite into that lead in the 45th minute! They ended up tying it too right before the 20 minute mark of the second half too! Unfortunately for them, the Timbers were able to take back the lead on a penalty two minutes later. Portland did a great job holding off the LAFC attack for almost the entire rest of the game, but they would give up a penalty right before stoppage time! Bouanga converted it as the Black & Gold steal a point!
