@FlameRaptorRaven rated the Huskies vs Red Storm game 5.3 out of 10 in CBB on March 14, 2026. Final score: Huskies 52 – Red Storm 72. Reg. Season. Fan ratings and discussion on RateGame.
“Saint John’s wins the Big East in dominant fashion. This is the first time ever Saint John’s has won back-to-back Big East titles. Other than the glass, the Red Storm dominated in every way. The 10-0 run to start the game basically set the tone. After the first 10 minutes, UCONN pretty much never cut the lead down to single digits, let alone made it close. Tarris Reed had another great outing, but nobody else gave him enough support. On the other side, it would be easier to talk about who didn’t play well. Ejiofor put up a clean 18, Mitchell was a force on the glass and Hopkins missed as many free throws as he did regular shots while putting up 18 of his own. I’d typically give a total blowout like this a lower rating (probably a 3 or 4), but I gotta give the Red Storm a ton of credit for completely overwhelming the Huskies. Not quite sexy blowout, but definitely more entertaining than a good chunk of blowouts. Even though that means I have to look at Rick Pitino.”
