“I mean, it's easy to look at the negative after two blowouts and an elimination but the truth is, Carolina was just the better team. They definitely deserved to get through. There was so much positive though to this season for the Habs. We finally found a real and competitive goalie. We were able to win so many games when trailing from behind. We finished 5th in the league. We had crazy performances away, even though we need to work on winning at home and controlling our emotions. Marty showed us that he's an elite coach. All the achievements with Suzuki hitting 100 points, Caufield 50 goals and all the other ones. I really enjoyed this season, the city was buzzing, you really made us proud. 82 more games to go and we will be back. 🔵⚪🔴”
