“This was a fun opening day. Admittedly, I only caught a couple innings during lunch and the highlights since I was working, but lots of positives to take away for both teams. Pirates offense looks much improved, with Lowe off to a great start to his tenure. Mets offense looks fantastic. Great PAs all around, and excited to see Benge go yard as well as Alvarez begin his quest for 30 HRs. Peralta was solid when not pitching to Lowe, Skenes struggled before the Cruz defensive blunders. ”

This was a fun opening day. Admittedly, I only caught a couple innings during lunch and the highlights since I was working, but lots of positives to take away for both teams.
