“Marquette with a huge win to make St. John’s the Big East regular season champions. Florida can now sniff the 1 seed as UConn will surely drop to a 2 seed and will need to win the Big East tournament if they want that one seed back. I think UConn will lose between the Round of 32 and the Elite 8. They do not look like a final four team at all and will be out earlier than their seed projects. Dan Hurley completely crashes out on the sideline and gets outright ejected and Alex Karaban played 40 minutes and shot 0/6 from the field and 0/5 from the three in probably his worst game of his time at UConn. He was held without a single field goal for the first time in all 142 of his collegiate games. Just an overall bad performance from the Huskies and Marquette definitely has something going with young guys like Nigel James Jr. and Royce Parham. Definitely a team to watch out for heading into the offseason with some momentum for next season.”
