University Credit Union Pavilion is the basketball arena of the Saint Mary's College Gaels in Moraga, California, competing in the West Coast Conference. The compact, on-campus gym is one of the smaller venues in high-major college basketball, but its intimacy makes for a tight, loud home-court advantage against WCC rivals like Gonzaga. It sits at the heart of Saint Mary's small liberal-arts campus in the East Bay hills.
The arena opened on January 21, 1978, and was known for decades as McKeon Pavilion before being renamed University Credit Union Pavilion in 2019. It has been the home court for a Gaels program that has become a consistent WCC contender and frequent NCAA Tournament participant, particularly during Randy Bennett's tenure as head coach. Longtime fans and media still often refer to it by its original McKeon name.
