Addition Financial Arena is the on-campus home of the UCF Knights men's and women's basketball teams in Orlando, Florida. Part of the Knights Plaza complex on the main UCF campus, the modern bowl seats roughly 9,400-10,000 for basketball and expands for concerts and commencement ceremonies. The Venom student section packs the lower bowl close to the action, giving visiting Big 12 teams a genuinely loud road environment. Beyond hoops, the multipurpose arena regularly hosts touring concerts, family shows, and university events.
The arena opened on September 8, 2007, with a Reba McEntire concert, replacing the smaller, 5,100-seat original UCF Arena that had served the Knights since 1991. It carried the CFE Arena name from a 2013 naming-rights deal before becoming Addition Financial Arena in 2019 when the credit union rebranded. Across its run through Conference USA, the American Athletic Conference, and now the Big 12, it has been the stage for UCF's rise from mid-major upstart to power-conference program.
