Overview
Joan C. Edwards Stadium is the home of the Marshall Thundering Herd football team in Huntington, West Virginia. It opened in 1991 as the program's on-campus home.
History & Legacy
The stadium has been the backdrop for Marshall's powerhouse runs and the program's rebuilding after the 1970 plane crash that killed most of the team. It was renamed in 2003 for philanthropist Joan C. Edwards.
