Neville Arena is the home of Auburn Tigers basketball on the Auburn, Alabama campus. It is the centerpiece of the program's SEC resurgence under coach Bruce Pearl. The student section, known as 'The Jungle,' presses right up against the baseline and has become one of the SEC's rowdiest home-court environments. Sellout crowds are now routine for ranked matchups after decades of the program playing to a mostly empty building.
Opened in 2010 as Auburn Arena and later renamed Neville Arena after donors Jimmy and Mary Neville, the building was the launching pad for Bruce Pearl's rebuild of Auburn basketball. Auburn's roster built here advanced to the program's first Final Four in 2019, and the arena has hosted numerous ranked wins in the years since, including over top-five SEC rivals. 'The Jungle' student section has become a defining part of Auburn's home-court identity. The arena's rise mirrors Auburn basketball's transformation into a consistent NCAA Tournament contender.
