CEFCU Stadium is the football home of the San Jose State Spartans in San Jose, California. The open-air stadium hosts the Spartans' Mountain West football schedule in the heart of Silicon Valley, with a compact modern seating bowl on the university's Spartan Keyes-area campus.
San Jose State has played football on the site since 1933, and the venue was known as Spartan Stadium for more than eight decades before being renamed CEFCU Stadium in 2016 under a naming-rights deal. Capacity once reached over 30,000 when the San Jose Earthquakes used the stadium for professional soccer in the late 1990s, but a major renovation beginning in 2019 that added the Spartan Athletic Center reduced seating to its current, more modest football-focused footprint.
