Arizona Stadium

Arizona Stadium is the home of the Arizona Wildcats football team in Tucson, Arizona. One of the oldest stadiums in the Big 12 footprint, it sits on the University of Arizona campus and seats more than 50,000 fans across a bowl that has grown through nearly a century of expansions. Fall Saturdays bring a lively desert-heat crowd, and the stadium's north end zone famously has university athletic facilities built directly into the structure.

The stadium opened in 1928 and hosted its first game in October 1929, a 35-0 win over California Tech. It grew from a modest 7,000-seat bowl into a modern 50,000-plus-seat facility through major expansions in 1950, 1976, and 1988, plus more than $100 million in 21st-century renovations. A stadium-record crowd of 59,920 saw the 1996 Arizona-Arizona State rivalry game, and the venue has hosted concerts by Fleetwood Mac and Jay-Z alongside annual bowl games since 2015. In November 2025, the university signed a 20-year naming-rights deal renaming the facility Casino Del Sol Stadium.
