Kidd Brewer Stadium, nicknamed 'The Rock,' is the home of the Appalachian State Mountaineers football team in Boone, North Carolina. It is known for its mountain setting and a natural rock outcropping in the north end zone.
History & Legacy
Opened in 1962 as Conrad Stadium and renamed for coach Kidd Brewer in 1988, 'The Rock' is home to a program famous for its 2007 upset of Michigan and multiple FCS national titles before moving to FBS.
