CHI Health Center Omaha is the downtown arena that serves as the home of Creighton Bluejays basketball in Omaha, Nebraska. The large modern arena also hosts concerts and major events, giving Creighton one of the biggest and loudest home courts in the Big East. Its scale routinely lets the Bluejays draw crowds that rival high-major arenas around the country.
Opened in 2003 as the Qwest Center, the arena helped fuel Creighton's rise into a Big East power, with the Bluejays routinely drawing some of the largest crowds in college basketball. It has also hosted the NCAA Tournament and the U.S. Olympic Swim Trials, cementing its status as a major multi-sport events venue for the region. The building has been renamed several times through naming-rights deals, most recently to CHI Health Center Omaha, while remaining Creighton's downtown home court.
