The Yale Bowl is the historic football home of the Yale Bulldogs in New Haven, Connecticut. A National Historic Landmark, its enormous bowl shape was a pioneering design that influenced stadiums across the country.
Opened in 1914, the Yale Bowl was the first of the great American bowl-shaped stadiums and lent its name to college football 'bowl' games; it hosts 'The Game,' the storied rivalry against Harvard.
