Kaseya Center

Kaseya Center sits on Biscayne Bay in downtown Miami, the home of the Miami Heat. Waterfront views, a sleek glass exterior, and Miami's signature courtside glamour give home games a distinct South Beach energy, with celebrities and visiting stars regularly courtside. The arena's white-hot playoff atmosphere has become one of the league's most feared road environments during deep Heat runs. It also anchors downtown Miami's entertainment scene for concerts and major events.

The arena opened in December 1999 as American Airlines Arena, later carrying the FTX Arena and Miami-Dade Arena names before becoming Kaseya Center in 2023. It has hosted three Heat championship parades, from the Shaquille O'Neal-Dwyane Wade title in 2006 to the LeBron James-led "Big Three" championships in 2012 and 2013. The building has also been the site of dramatic Finals runs, including the Heat's 2020 and 2023 Finals appearances, reinforcing Miami's identity as a modern NBA powerhouse.
