LionTree Arena is the basketball arena of the UC San Diego Tritons in San Diego, California. It serves as the home court for UCSD men's and women's basketball, volleyball, and fencing. Part of the larger RIMAC athletic complex, it seats close to 4,000 for basketball and can expand for concerts and campus events. The arena has become the Tritons' Division I home as the program has built itself up in the Big West Conference.
The building opened in January 1995 as RIMAC Arena, part of UC San Diego's RIMAC Complex. It was renamed LionTree Arena in June 2022 following a $5 million gift for scholar-athletes. The venue has hosted the Tritons' transition from Division II success into Division I play in the Big West Conference. It continues to anchor UCSD's growing basketball and volleyball programs.
