I really want to like it more, but the seats don't have great sightlines in the upper bowl, which is made worse when you put more people up there which gives it a claustrophobic feel. The rows are steep with nowhere near enough legroom. Most of the in game entertainment wasn't entertaining as much as cringe inducing, or just had some weird choices. Factor in Detroits disbelief in public transit as the 'Motor City' and the arena just becomes an unfun place to visit. It is saved from a completely awful score by nature of having an organ, and the seat padding is comfortable enough, it's not like a hardback chair or anything.
