Wembley remains the crown jewel of the NFL’s International Series, and the 2025 Rams/Jaguars matchup was a disservice to other sporting events that lay claim to its grounds. With a massive 90,000-seat capacity, the atmosphere feels bigger than any regular-season venue in the U.S. The noise sits on top of the field, and the sight lines; originally designed for major football finals, translate surprisingly well to an NFL layout. Rebuilt in 2007, Wembley has hosted everything from Champions League finals to Olympic events and heavyweight title fights, giving it a “global stage” feel the moment you walk in. For NFL fans, it’s as close as you’ll get to watching American football inside a cathedral of world sport. I think we’ll see a Wembley Super Bowl in the next 10 years and wouldn’t be surprised if it becomes a regular in the rotation.
