California-San Diego Tritons

The UC San Diego Tritons play at LionTree Arena in San Diego, competing in the Big West Conference. The Tritons are one of the newest Division I programs, transitioning from a dominant Division II program. UCSD's blue and gold colors and San Diego location create a strong identity.

UC San Diego had a storied Division II basketball tradition before transitioning to Division I and joining the Big West Conference. The Tritons are building their Division I identity in one of California's most desirable locations.
