TCU Horned Frogs

The TCU Horned Frogs play at Ed and Rae Schollmaier Arena in Fort Worth, where the program has grown under Jamie Dixon. Under Dixon, the Horned Frogs have made multiple NCAA Tournament appearances and established themselves in the Big 12. TCU's purple and white colors and Fort Worth location create a distinct identity. The program has produced NBA talent including Kenrich Williams. TCU reached the 1968 NCAA Tournament and made the Round of 32 in 2022 and 2023 under Dixon. The Horned Frogs have made seven NCAA Tournament appearances. Kurt Thomas and Lee Nailon are among the program's NBA alumni. TCU joined the Big 12 in 2012 after decades in the Mountain West and Conference USA. The program's 2022 run to the Round of 32 was its first tournament win since 1987.
