Overview
The Niagara Purple Eagles play at the Gallagher Center in Lewiston, New York, competing in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. The Purple Eagles bring MAAC basketball to the Niagara Falls region. Niagara's purple and white colors create a distinctive identity.
History & Legacy
Niagara has made five NCAA Tournament appearances. Calvin Murphy, one of the greatest scorers in college basketball history, played at Niagara before his Hall of Fame NBA career. The Purple Eagles have a proud basketball tradition in the MAAC.
