Bucknell Bison

The Bucknell Bison play at Sojka Pavilion in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, competing in the Patriot League. The Bison have been the Patriot League's most consistent basketball program. Bucknell's orange and blue colors and scenic Lewisburg setting create a strong identity.

Bucknell upset Kansas as a 14-seed in the 2005 NCAA Tournament, one of the great first-round upsets. The Bison have made nine tournament appearances and won numerous Patriot League championships. Mike Muscala is among the program's NBA alumni. Bucknell has been the conference's flagship basketball program.
